Pimped-Fusion v0.08.00 released

Hi today we released the next version of Pimped-Fusion!
In Version 0.08.00 we have a lot of code changes and of course some new features. Admin Rights for Groups are possible now, we are using the HTML Editor CKEditor by default, but you still can use TinyMCE if you like. We added a thread description, the panel administration is rewritten, normal Admins need now an admin right to moderate the forum and there are a lot of minor changes and bug fixes.
