Pimped-Fusion v0.07.00 Core 7.01.00

I am happy to announce the availability of the next version of Pimped-Fusion.
With this version the Content Management System is running very stable. We fixed some minor bugs and added also some new features. You can see all changes in our Changelog.

-User-Field added: Show last members, who visited a member's Profile (by slaughter; based on a Mod by Christoph Schreck and Smokeman)
-Forum: thread authors can mark their threads as resolved (by slaughter)

-updated locale files (by spunk and slaughter)
