This information can change in the administrative panel in the main settings. Google does not necessarily use the page's description, sometimes choosing the appropriate content to display in the search.
There are two tags called META-Description and Meta-Generator. Taken from your site

Can't remember if the field Meta-generator is present but if not should be added by Slaughter.
Keywords are too small, rise the amount if u want to get visited often
if I was Maltese (damn, why didn't accept the residentship in past), will add keywords such as:
Maltese Cross, Cathedrals (over 600 for such small isle).
Brotherhood of Maltese Knights (some are still real knights) :)
La Valletta and the old capital (can't remember it at the moment).
St. Julian - place where u may get fun, drugs and troubles :) Free girls and fast drinks :)
and such, don't be so shine only with few key words....
