I'm having a problem with the Forum threads List panel displaying. Only Super Admin can see it. The panel in enabled and access is set to public but public, members, administrators cannot see it.
I've re-uploaded the panel several times without any results.
Ok, what you have to do now:
Go in your forum administration.
The Forums which should be visible to the public, there you have selected all User Levels.
But it is enough only to select "Public" if you want it to be visible by all.
I have a trouble with forum. I can launch a new thread as a user (and administrator as well), but when the page tries to return to the thread just created, there is an empty screen with no content. It is impossible to reach the thread as a user and as an administrator as well. This is a serious problem, makes forum impossible to use. I have set up the rights for forum with no result.

Did you modify your files?
Which infusions/mods you have installed?
Try to reupload the php files.
Did you try to test it with a clean setup?
1: No, I did not modified any files linked to the forum
2: The following infusions are installed:
-Forum Post Ratings (I think that this was included in PiF)
-Advertisement system (catching up different banners from the database)
-Invite infusion (sending invite messages to the given email address)
-PDP
-BS Fusion Security System
-Site Master RSS (It was also included in PiF)
-Auto Mail Backup Panel
3: Which PHP files? Those in folders of "forum", "forum_threads_list_panel" and forum_threads_panel? I re-uploaded them now, but nothing changed.
4: No, I did not try the forum with clean installation.
