When enabling URL-Rewrite on PIF, it changes the logout link to logout.html which cannot be found when trying to logout. logout.html doesn't exist?

Any suggestions.

Check your .htaccess file, it is defined there:

RewriteRule ^logout.html$ setuser.php?logout=yes [L]
RewriteRule ^login.html$ login.php
