make a system which will allow diferent user levels like Member -> Expert -> Coder than the could submit new stuffs, rank system to be on activit on forum, developing, translating....)
There are ranks, two types indeed, check them first. Also check and the features page and on third place install and play with PiF.
What for a simple CMS which is created around the philosophy "Keep it simple as possible" will need such features ?
