Modification for web links to have preview image of your links

Installation:

Rename or copy your weblinks.php somewhere, just in case
Upload images/ and weblinks.php to your root.

Known issues:
Improper displaying of sub-categories.
Slaughter should take a look of that crap, it's for Fusion 6.x
